After an accident at work in early 2013 I was diagnosed with CRPS, a chronic pain condition of which very little is known to the vast majority of those in health care. I started my claim with a large national firm as many others do. It became apparent quite quickly that based on their working practices, lack of communication and very limited knowledge of chronic pain that I needed to seek other representation. My wife and I are tremendously indebted to BLB Solicitors for the successful conclusion to our action against the Insurance Company. Our bank sold us our motoring insurance policy and when notified after our accident, recommended that we placed our claim in the hands of a large company to which, unbeknown to us, we had been sold, both for £960 each. Even this would not have mattered but in nearly six months, we never ever spoke to a solicitor from them when we could get any reply at all, whether by telephone or letter.
