Chronic Pain May 13th, 2015

Bruce Dyer and Richard Lowes address the Bath Pain Forum

Following an earlier invitation, on 12 May 2015, Bruce Dyer and Richard Lowes from BLB Solicitors spoke at the Bath Pain Forum. The subject of their talk was “Chronic Pain in the litigation context”.

The Bath Pain Forum meets quarterly at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases (RNHRD). It is attended by a variety of people with a professional interest in chronic pain.

Richard said “We were delighted to be invited to speak to a group of professionals who, like us, have an interest in issues related to chronic pain. Our talk seemed to be well received and there were many questions afterwards.

“The Bath Centre for Pain Services at the RNHRD is the national centre of excellence for the treatment and rehabilitation of people suffering chronic pain. Many of their patients are in involved in litigation and they are understandably concerned at how the litigation process impacts upon their rehabilitation.“
