Minster Law Solicitors

National personal injury firm, Minster Law Solicitors, has reported a loss of £35 million in its latest set of accounts. Their managing director, Michael Warren, reported that fee earners at the firm had been handling up to 500 cases each, although that number had now fallen to an average of 220 per fee earner after taking on some temporary staff.

That remains a staggering number of files for each fee earner to handle.  It is difficult to imagine how one fee earner can actively progress each client’s claim when faced with that number of matters on a daily basis.

To better put that into context, at any given time, each of our specialist solicitors represents no more than 25 to 30 clients. If client numbers are higher than that, we believe that the extremely high standard of service that we offer may be significantly affected.

If you are feeling processed rather than actively represented by your solicitor, feel free to call us in confidence on 01225 462871, or complete our contact form.
