BLB Solicitors to address Medico-Legal Pain Conference

BLB Solicitors are delighted to have been asked to speak at this year’s Medico-Legal Pain Conference, to be held on 13 September 2012 at Peterhouse College, Cambridge.  The inaugural conference in 2011 enjoyed huge success with support from both the legal and medical professions.

Mark Tawn, a Partner with BLB Solicitors, will address the conference on the importance of expert witness evidence.

The conference is unique in providing a forum for lawyers and medical consultants in the field of pain medicine to meet and discuss topical issues.

“I’m delighted to have been asked to address this year’s conference”, said Mark.  “Last year provided an excellent opportunity to meet many of the medical experts that we instruct regularly.  It was also pleasing that the doctors had so many questions for the lawyers.  The area of chronic pain litigation remains a small world for both the lawyers and the doctors and getting the majority of us under one roof is something that we all hope becomes an annual event.”

The conference is organised by Dr Rajesh Munglani, a Cambridge-based Consultant in Pain Medicine.
